Assign Existing

The Client Cloud application allows you to assign some entries to multiple clients. This way you don't need to enter the same information more than once.

These instructions use the example of assigning a Key Contact, but the steps are the same for all entries that allow Assign Existing.

1. On the Key Contacts list page, click New Key Contact

2. In the New Key Contact dialog, click Assign Existing

3. Note that all previously created Key Contacts are listed. Click any Key Contact name to instantly assign it to the Client

4. Once you click a Key Contact, they are immediately assigned to the client
