Create Client

1. On the Client List page, click New Client

2. Only First Name and Last Name are required. Feel free to fill in as much or little information as you want on this page

3. If you are a customer owner and have multiple users within your account, choose which users should have access to this client under User Assignment (you can always skip this step and assign users later from this page or User Management)

4. Click Save

5. Once you click Save, you will be redirected to the Detail page of the successfully created client

After the client has been created you can add all other relevant information in the Key Contacts, Legal & Financial, Initial Assessments, Medical, Psychological, Summary, and Notes pages.

Any assigned users will also immediately have access to the Client.
