1. Verify you are on the login page of the application
2. On the login page, click the Forgot your password? link
3. Enter the Email associated to your user
4. Click the Send button
5. Once you click send, an email will be sent to you within a few minutes. Open the email and follow the instructions within it.
Once you have reset your password the changes are effective immediately and you can log in with your new password.
If you do not know the email associated to your account, contact the owner of your Client Slate account. They can give you a temporary password.
